• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance adjuster processes for resolving casualty claims

• Establish and communicate a vision for claims design in alignment with corporate goals

• Develop and implement multi-year strategies for large-scale design projects

• Lead a top-performing claims design team

• Manage the entire design lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization

• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business leaders to ensure successful development

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 12+ years of experience preferred

• Strong communication and coaching skills with internal and external customers

• Advanced understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and regulatory requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams through change management

• Expertise in claim processes, policies, procedures, systems, coverage, liability, damage estimation, and settlement

• Advanced analytical, negotiation, and arbitration abilities

• Proficiency in conflict management and problem resolution
