• Lead the design process from initial concept to developer-ready deliverables, including creating user-testable prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with the design director to analyze findings and develop actionable design hypotheses and recommendations.
• Present design work that balances user insights, business objectives, and project constraints to product management, marketing, and leadership.
• Incorporate animation and transitions to enhance user interactions and understanding in design projects.
• Manage your own projects closely with the Product Manager, maintaining alignment with the team and sharing progress openly.
• 5–8+ years of experience in designing digital products, with a focus on consumer-facing or marketplace platforms.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear design directions and execute them with visual excellence.
• Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, variants, and advanced prototyping.
• Experience with motion tools like Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, or After Effects.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience, capable of aligning teams and making collaborative decisions.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while maintaining transparency and progress updates.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for exploration, prototyping, or content generation is a plus.
