⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 8 years of product design experience focusing on intricate or enterprise-level software

• Have expertise in end-to-end UX/product design to create impactful solutions for challenging issues

• Display a passion for storytelling and the ability to bring design direction to life through engaging narratives

• Demonstrate experience in balancing customer needs with business objectives, market viability, and technical feasibility

• Exhibit facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills, showcasing the ability to integrate the efforts of multiple teams, gather and synthesize feedback, and lead design discussions resulting in company-wide achievements

• Possess knowledge in design systems, recognizing common components essential to support various customer use cases

• Have experience in measuring success using qualitative and quantitative methods

• Demonstrate experience in enhancing processes and methodologies to elevate product performance
