Principal Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of designing end-to-end core product experiences, starting from strategy and research to detailed interaction design and prototyping

• Establish and develop our design system, component library, and style guide from the ground up

• Engage directly with customers to gain deep insights into their workflows, pain points, and mental models in order to create user-friendly experiences

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a balanced environment

• Play a key role in shaping the design culture and standards at Lahzo, guiding future designers and contributing to recruitment efforts as we expand

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior UX design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing system-level thinking

• Demonstrated track record in developing design systems and style guides from scratch

• Proficient in user research with practical experience in planning and conducting various research activities (interviews, testing, concept validation, etc.)

• Strong skills in session facilitation and team collaboration

• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design-to-development tools
