• As the head of user experience for DocPlanner’s Practice Management Software product and AI efficiency tools, you will report directly to the CPTO and oversee operations in all our markets.
• Your key responsibilities will include fostering a user-centric vision, problem framing, design leadership, outcome focus, cross-functional collaboration, rapid iteration, strategic influence, and effective communication.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, demonstrating end-to-end design proficiency.
• Prior experience in tech-focused, product-driven SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of delivering design solutions that have significantly enhanced user and business outcomes, supported by a strong portfolio with compelling case studies showcasing design execution, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in systems thinking and component-based design patterns.
• Strong collaborative skills and experience working within cross-functional product teams.
• Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools, as well as the ability to work with low-fidelity sketches and other analog methods.
• Deep empathy for users, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred.
