•Take charge of projects from start to finish—conception, design, implementation, iteration—and consistently seek ways to enhance.
•Develop prototypes, conduct user testing and interviews, collect feedback, and analyze results. Advocate for design decisions based on research and a deeper grasp of user requirements.
•Contribute to the product design and UX strategy within your team, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure a unified, user-centered approach.
•Must have 5+ years of professional experience designing sophisticated yet approachable digital products (preferably within SaaS startups).
•Proficient in UX Research: Ability to plan and conduct user interviews, test prototypes, and synthesize results for actionable next steps.
•Advanced Figma Skills: Proficient in developing and maintaining a design system and delivering well-organized files to development teams.
•Strong Collaboration: Experienced in working closely with PMs and engineers to leverage feedback, clarify requirements, and align on common objectives.
•Project Management Skills: Capable of organizing, planning, and effectively advancing design projects, adjusting as necessary in a fast-paced environment.
•Autonomy & Adaptability: Comfortable taking ownership of projects and making decisions in uncertain situations.
•Excellent Communication: Ability to clearly convey ideas, receive constructive feedback, and keep stakeholders in sync.
•Attention to Detail: Strive for impeccable quality and seamless user experiences.
•This position is open exclusively to contractors (located in Brazil or Argentina).
•Hourly role (full-time contractor) paying between $75,000 and $85,000/year (USD 40-45/Hour).
•Fully Remote Position: Work from anywhere in Brazil or Argentina. We prioritize outcomes over hours in our remote-first, global team.
