• We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Design to oversee up to 5 Product Design divisions and lead a team of leads and designers.
• Your responsibilities will include Leadership and Strategy, Team Management, Design Excellence, Frameworks and Systems, Hands-On Contribution, Problem Solving, Talent Development, and Team Growth.
• As a Senior Director of Product Design, you will drive strategy, architecture, and execution of design initiatives while guiding the design team towards success.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Design Director or equivalent, with at least 6 years of prior hands-on Product Design experience.
• Proven ability to lead and grow large design organizations in fast-paced environments, ideally at a scale-up or startup.
• Strong understanding of Product, Design, and design systems, with effective collaboration skills across functions and teams.
• Willingness and ability to engage in hands-on design work when necessary.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and thrives in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
• Preferably based in EMEA or the Americas (ET timezone).
