• Minimum 8 years of product design experience, with 3–5 years in people management
• Proven success in leading design teams through growth, change, and product discovery
• Profound knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics
• Experience in empowered product teams with accountability for outcomes
• Strong communication skills, ability to align and influence across disciplines, and passion for coaching and user advocacy
• Ability to provide strategic leadership in ambiguous or evolving contexts and deep expertise in the product domain
• Strong prioritization skills and accountability
• Competitive salary range of $184,200 to $276,200 for all US locations
