Senior Product Design Manager, Stablecoins & Payments

📋 Description

• Lead the design team with a focus on Stablecoins & Payments, shaping the core experience for B2B payments and crypto-forward features

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to drive strategy and roadmap

• Take charge of the end-to-end design process, from concept to production

• Work alongside Design Systems to develop scalable design frameworks

• Establish and oversee the design function for your product area

• Provide mentorship and valuable design feedback

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of Product Design experience, with a strong background in fintech and B2B

• Demonstrated experience in team management

• Proven ability to lead the design function effectively across a product area

• Capability to manage the entire design process from concept to implementation

• Proficiency in visual & interaction design, prototyping, and UX best practices

• Ability to collaborate strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering to drive product decisions and strategy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Open-minded with a humble attitude
