• We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer to utilize your design expertise and research skills to develop impactful experiences for our Core Business product team, which is currently focused on user-generated and data-driven content experiences, SEO, and conversion/growth.

• Your role will be crucial in a rapidly expanding area, collaborating closely with diverse teams to create seamless, efficient experiences that shape the future of personalized school search and enrollment.

• You will contribute to making our compact yet dynamic design team influential, rigorous, and creative, while addressing real challenges that impact the financial prospects of millions.

• We are at the initial stages of an exciting evolution, providing you with the opportunity to truly influence and enhance the existing product while envisioning innovative experiences for the future.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a track record of designing and delivering product features that resonate with customers on both mobile and desktop platforms, and can explain the process from product strategy to pixel-level decision-making.

• You excel at synthesizing data, research insights, business objectives, technical limitations, and user needs to create well-crafted solutions such as mockups, prototypes, and workflows.

• Your ability to iterate rapidly, seek feedback, and apply strategic thinking to your choices sets you apart.

• Bringing clarity and simplicity to processes and products through your design skills is something you take pride in.

• You have experience collaborating within cross-functional product teams in an agile setting.

• You are a collaborative team member who embraces new concepts, values continuous learning, thrives in uncertainty, and adapts to evolving team and product dynamics.

• Experience with multi-sided marketplaces, Gen Z and Gen Alpha products, or AI products in production is a plus.
