• Minimum of 7 years of product design experience, showcasing problem-solving skills and tangible results
• Proven capability to navigate complex product landscapes with diverse stakeholders and user demographics
• Track record of successfully launching products that are widely adopted, with demonstrated business impact
• Strong collaborative aptitude and clear communication of design choices without technical jargon
• Ability to discern when to follow systematic approaches and when to unleash creativity, applying each method judiciously
• Demonstrated history of autonomous work, taking ownership of challenges from inception to completion
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Google Workspace, analytical platforms like Amplitude and Google Analytics, as well as communication tools like Slack and project management software like Jira
