• Take the lead in overseeing the complete product design journey for the survey respondent experience, starting from exploration and user studies to detailed mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct and consolidate qualitative and quantitative user research findings (interviews, usability tests, analytics) to guide design choices.
• Create and manage elements in our design system to uphold visual uniformity and expandability.
• Work closely with Product Managers to establish requirements, craft clear design briefs, and agree on success criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering to confirm feasibility, refine solutions, and ensure precise implementation.
• Guide and offer constructive feedback to intermediate and junior designers; promote continuous learning within the team.
• Advocate for top-notch practices in UX, accessibility, and inclusive design throughout the organization.
• Present design ideas and user journeys to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and drive alignment.
• Analyze data on performance post-launch to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization.
• Contribute to shaping design team processes, standards, and documentation to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product design, preferably within a SaaS or B2B setting.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing a user-centric design approach, problem definition, and refined end-to-end solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for wireframing, prototyping, and design system upkeep.
• Skilled in conducting and consolidating both qualitative (user interviews, usability tests) and quantitative (analytics) research.
• In-depth knowledge of interaction design principles, visual design, motion design, and information architecture.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for influencing cross-functional partners.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching designers; a drive for nurturing design talent.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design methodologies.
• Ability to strike a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on work in a fast-paced, agile setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
