• Keen eye for high-quality visual and interaction design, with a focus on UI details
• Experience engaging directly with customers to shape design choices through research, testing, and discussions
• Strong skills in data visualization and deriving insights
• Ability to prototype ideas to articulate nuanced design decisions effectively
• Experience managing comprehensive projects across organizational boundaries
• Strong communication skills to convey ideas and decisions to various stakeholders
