We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who thrives on designing data-rich products and tackling intricate challenges through thorough customer-led research.
• In this role, you will shape our design strategy, influence the product roadmap, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, and impact the user experience of our core platform. Additionally, you will delve into user interactions with AI-enabled products, crafting intuitive experiences that navigate users through AI-driven workflows. The position involves mentoring another designer and reporting directly to the Head of Product.
• Possess over 5 years of experience in designing digital products, showcasing strong interaction and visual design skills in your portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, adept at all design process stages from initial concepts to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and synthesize user research independently, including engagements with senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to present design rationale and research findings confidently to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile, iterative environments within cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers and engineers.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach, eager to shape design strategy within a rapidly growing organization.
• Adhere rigorously to design best practices, maintaining organized workflows for consistent, high-quality output.
• Bonus points for familiarity with B2B data platforms and prior experience in mentoring or leading other designers.
