• We are in search of our next Vabler, a skilled UX Designer ready to create a significant impact at Vable.
• As a vital member of our Product team, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success to enhance our platform's user experience continuously.
• Your work will involve transforming intricate issues into simple, intuitive, and meaningful solutions.
• You will play a key role in strategic decision-making, exploring ideas, testing hypotheses, and pushing the boundaries of exceptional UX in a SaaS environment.
• Understanding our users - their needs, challenges, and behaviors - through research, interviews, feedback loops, and data analysis will be a core aspect of your role.
• You will translate these insights into clear, elegant design solutions that provide real value.
• Your contributions will be pivotal as we expand, grow our market presence, and utilize AI to enhance user experience.
• The objective? To create an experience that keeps our users coming back.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/product design, preferably in SaaS or tech-focused settings.
• Proven proficiency in leading the entire design process, from discovery and user research to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
• Familiarity with user research methods, including surveys, interview scripts, and qualitative insight collection.
• Experience with product analytics or behavior-tracking tools like FullStory, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly explain design choices and influence multi-disciplinary teams.
• Advanced skills in modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or equivalent.
• A portfolio demonstrating: Strategic UX thinking and problem-solving, Excellence in interaction and visual design, Consideration for usability, accessibility, and responsive design, Application of user research insights.
• In-depth knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Experience in mentoring or managing designers, providing constructive feedback, and fostering professional development.
