• The Senior Product Designer will have a pivotal role in constructing and evolving our credit building hub, ensuring alignment with our other fintech tools and the broader Super.com product landscape.

• As part of the Product Design team spanning various product verticals, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to shape your team's quarterly strategy, brainstorm innovative concepts, swiftly prototype and test ideas, guide the roadmap, and deliver tangible results through your designs. Leveraging data and research insights, you will deeply comprehend user requirements and translate those insights into designs that offer evident and quantifiable value to both customers and the business.
• Minimum of 5 years of Product Design experience, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
• Impressive portfolio showcasing strong critical thinking abilities, data-driven choices, outstanding craftsmanship in leading projects from inception to completion with measurable outcomes
• Proficient in generating innovative concepts through rapid prototyping and testing
• Skilled in managing stakeholders by collaborating with other product designers, researchers, PMs, engineers, and data analysts, possessing strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working on groundbreaking consumer products in dynamic environments, producing top-notch designs within rapid iteration cycles
• Proficiency in influencing and guiding design decisions by utilizing user research and quantitative data
• Experience in conducting unmoderated usability tests and transforming findings into actionable strategies
• Mastery of Figma, including interactive prototyping and efficient utilization of design libraries
• Competence in standard design, collaboration, and documentation tools such as Figjam, Notion, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace
