Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept to final launch, which includes conducting research, creating wireframes, prototyping, designing user flows, crafting interaction designs, and producing high-fidelity UI designs

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business objectives into seamless user experiences and interface designs that are both scalable and technically viable

• Utilize user research, usability testing, and customer feedback to make informed design decisions and continually enhance product experiences

• Create and uphold a unified design system to maintain consistency across all product touchpoints and ensure scalability as the company expands

• Utilize data and analytics to refine and optimize designs, drawing meaningful conclusions that enhance user engagement and experience

• Take part in design evaluations, offering constructive feedback to cultivate a collaborative and growth-oriented design environment within the organization

• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, implementing them as needed to keep the product at the forefront of design and UX

⛳️ Requirements

• Submission of a portfolio is mandatory, showcasing your expertise in UX and UI design for both web and mobile platforms

• Possess 5-7 years of experience with a demonstrated history of product design expertise, preferably within SaaS or tech startups

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, UX patterns, and accessibility standards

• Ability to think critically about user journeys and resolve complex UX challenges

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various teams

• Experience working in agile environments, capable of quickly adapting to changing requirements and priorities

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, or a basic understanding of coding practices is advantageous
