• Experience leading user researchers and product designers with a focus on team growth and high-quality output.
• Proven track record of advocating for design and research at a leadership level to influence product strategy.
• Background in building or enhancing design functions from the ground up.
• Curiosity about AI and its impact on design and research processes.
• Knowledge or experience in the hotel or travel industry is a plus.
