📋 Description

• Utilize Framer to design and construct responsive, accessible, and captivating websites and landing pages.

• Work closely with SEO specialists to ensure designs meet performance, accessibility, and SEO standards.

• Collaborate with various teams such as brand, marketing, and product to align on business objectives and messaging.

• Create modular components and templates to establish scalable site structures.

• Maintain and enhance the visual identity of our web presence in accordance with Air Apps’ brand guidelines.

• Analyze site analytics and user behavior for iterative improvements and A/B testing.

• Stay informed about web design trends, Framer updates, and site performance best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3–5+ years of experience in website design with a focus on visual storytelling and UX.

• Proficient in Framer with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web experiences or live projects.

• Thorough understanding of web design principles like layout, hierarchy, typography, and mobile-first design.

• Knowledge of web performance best practices, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Ability to collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to align design with search and content strategies.

• Experience in maintaining or contributing to a design system.

• Strong skills in visual communication and prototyping.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
