• Create and deliver responsive web designs, landing pages, and campaign experiences that adhere to brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with various teams (Brand, Marketing, Copy, Development) to ensure visual storytelling and functionality align with project goals.
• Prepare and optimize multi-density assets (1x, 2x, 3x) and export pipelines (WebP, SVG, PNG) for implementation.
• Work closely with developers to maintain design consistency and provide clear handoff instructions.
• Uphold accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and readiness for localization (text expansion, RTL).
• Engage in creative reviews and feedback sessions to enhance design quality.
• Assist junior designers in understanding responsive design principles and applying design systems consistently.
• Manage multiple web projects concurrently, prioritize deadlines, and ensure high-quality results.
• Document design systems, visual guidelines, and rationale for future reference and scalability.
• Communicate project progress and challenges through Jira and regular team meetings.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web or graphic design with a focus on web design.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, and design tokens.
• Expertise in responsive design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS, browser behavior, and collaboration with developers.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and challenges of localization.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
