• Take charge of UX conception and final UI design for key end-to-end flows of our B2C webshop
• Develop user-centered, conversion-driven concepts and independently translate them into high-quality, implementation-ready designs
• Lead shaping processes independently, defining goals, scope, and solutions, ensuring decision readiness before implementation
• Hold the technical responsibility for UX projects, ensuring quality, decisions, and results
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and Development teams to ensure designs are technically sound and fully implemented
• Utilize tests, data, and user feedback to validate and iteratively improve designs
• Establish UX standards, design principles, and reusable patterns to enhance quality and speed in the long term
• Several years of experience as a Senior UX or Product UX Designer with clear end-to-end responsibility for digital products, preferably in the B2C, E-Commerce, or webshop environment
• Demonstrated experience in independently driving UX projects from analysis through conception and testing to final design
• Strong skills in developing final designs including interaction, states, and edge cases
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects
• Proficient in using UX methods such as testing, interviews, funnel analyses, and data-driven decision-making
• Clarity in communication, prioritization, and expectation management
• Enthusiasm for taking responsibility and shaping UX sustainably within our organization
• Fluent in German and English
