• Responsible for designing and enhancing website user flows, navigation paths, and interaction patterns.
• Develop user journey maps to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience throughout the website.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma or Sketch.
• Design visually appealing web page layouts and graphics that align with brand standards.
• Develop responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile web platforms.
• Implement usability best practices and accessibility standards, including WCAG compliance.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg to assess user behavior and identify opportunities for UX enhancements.
• Support A/B testing efforts using platforms like VWO to validate UX improvements.
• Maintain and enhance scalable web design systems and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and user-centric implementation.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in website-focused UI/UX design for corporate or marketing websites.
• Strong expertise in user flow design and website user journey mapping.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or Sketch, including interactive prototyping.
• Experience with behavioral analytics tools such as Clarity, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar.
• Experience supporting A/B testing or UX experimentation initiatives and translating results into actionable design improvements.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website wireframes, navigation systems, responsive layouts, and UX problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (including WCAG), and usability best practices.
• Strong foundation in visual design, including typography, layout systems, hierarchy, and web-focused UI patterns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
