• Utilize Framer to design and construct responsive, accessible, and captivating websites and landing pages.

• Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure that designs adhere to performance, accessibility, and search engine optimization standards.

• Engage with various teams from brand, marketing, and product departments to align on business objectives and messaging.

• Create modular components and templates for scalable website structures.

• Uphold and enhance the visual identity of our online presence in line with Air Apps’ brand guidelines.

• Analyze site analytics and user behavior to drive iterative improvements and conduct A/B testing.

• Stay informed about the latest web design trends, Framer updates, and best practices for site performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3–5+ years of experience in designing and building websites with a focus on visual storytelling and UX.

• Proficient in Framer with a robust portfolio of responsive web experiences or live projects.

• Solid grasp of web design principles such as layout, hierarchy, typography, and mobile-first design.

• Familiarity with web performance best practices, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Ability to collaborate effectively with SEO and marketing teams to align design with search and content strategies.

• Experience in maintaining or contributing to a design system.

• Strong skills in visual communication and prototyping.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
