• Work closely with design and development teams to collaborate on designing, prototyping, and documenting user interfaces to enhance user experience.
• Assist in creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces using approved design and prototyping tools.
• Prepare reusable UI components and front-end design patterns for review and implementation.
• Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs to support the team.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with guidance from senior designers.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Refine visuals and experience decisions with the team for assigned projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of design solutions by working closely with developers.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Utilize approved AI tools for ideation support under mentor guidance and validate outputs before handoff.
• Hold a university degree or be a student graduating within the next 12 months.
• Possess a basic understanding of web design principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Have coursework or exposure to modern design and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Some experience or coursework in UI/UX design or related fields.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Showcase previous UI/UX design projects in a portfolio (public, authorized, or sanitized samples only).
• Basic exposure to AI-assisted design tools and willingness to adhere to responsible AI usage practices.
• Desirable familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices is a plus.
• Understanding of front-end build tools and version control systems like Git is advantageous.
