• Providing guidance and mentoring to fellow designers through critique sessions, mentorship, and collaborative work.
• Advocating for the user's needs to ensure alignment across various teams.
• Utilizing design thinking methodologies to progress through customer interviews, problem-solving, prototyping, and creating high-quality designs.
• Leading design workshops for cross-functional teams and closely collaborating with product leadership and other UX designers.
• Influencing the direction of UX Design based on both quantitative and qualitative user research.
• Contributing to the development of a scalable design system that enhances consistency across all user experiences.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a UX Design role.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in design strategy leadership, product quality enhancement, and mentorship.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills in design settings such as critiques, discussions, and presentations.
• Experience in building and expanding design systems within SaaS or multi-user environments.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative user research techniques and utilizing data for decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders including Product Management, Support, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for hosting design critiques and presenting work to partners and stakeholders.
