Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Develop engaging multimedia e-learning content for operators and leaders to facilitate rapid learning, knowledge retention, and effective application

• Create learner-centric instructional designs that align with business objectives

• Utilize Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other tools to build interactive e-learning modules

• Produce multimedia content (graphics, video, audio, animations) to enhance learning outcomes

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance

• Enhance existing content to meet evolving business needs and learner expectations

• Contribute to DashMart initiatives by standardizing operational processes and delivering top-notch learning experiences

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating e-learning courses and digital learning experiences

• Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms

• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other creative software

• Application of adult learning theory to enhance engagement and performance

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Bachelor's degree preferred
