• Develop clear user flows, specifications, and prototypes for user interfaces.

• Utilize storytelling techniques to highlight the user and problem being addressed when presenting design work.

• Arrange content and information, enhancing existing components with a focus on user objectives, usability, and accessibility.

• Advocate for the use of our design system to ensure product uniformity.

• Offer guidance to team members through work evaluations, documentation, and technical advice.

• Acquire knowledge of all CrowdStrike features and services to maintain consistency and cohesive solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in designing enterprise cloud-based solutions.

• Proficiency in leading ideation activities within defined parameters.

• Skill in simplifying multi-step user tasks and making complex data user-friendly.

• Ability to create and design for user personas.

• Experience in end-to-end user experience processes, including user journeys, task analysis, and prototyping.

• Effective use of design artifacts to foster alignment, convey ideas, and deliver an exceptional experience.

• Proficient in using Figma.

• Some exposure to enterprise SaaS products.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
