Product Designer

📋 Description

• Perform user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

• Analyze research data to guide design decisions.

• Translate product requirements and user research into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Experiment with various design solutions and refine them based on feedback.

• Develop high-fidelity visual designs, ensuring consistency with InPost's brand guidelines and design system.

• Conduct usability testing to assess design effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product requirements.

• Advocate for user experience and communicate design rationale effectively.

• Contribute to InPost's design system and component library maintenance for consistency and scalability.

• Ensure designs meet accessibility guidelines and usability best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or UX Designer with a strong portfolio of user-centered design work.

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.

• Proficiency in relevant tools and frameworks.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile and/or Lean methodologies.

• Fluent in English.

• Experience in logistics/e-commerce or related technology industries is a plus.
