📋 Description

• Create and enhance engaging quiz funnels, onboarding flows, and paywall experiences to boost conversion rates

• Rapidly prototype and validate design concepts, transforming ideas into tangible solutions

• Work closely with engineers to ensure the practicality, quality, and responsive implementation of designs

• Utilize AI tools like Lovable and v0 for efficient asset creation and prototyping

• Analyze experimental data with product managers to drive iterative improvements based on outcomes

• Audit and enhance user flows for improved usability, accessibility, and consistency

• Contribute to enhancing Yazio's web design system for better component usability and scalability

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities, share insights, and deliver a cohesive product experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing conversion funnels, landing pages, onboarding journeys, or paywalls

• Ability to translate data insights into effective design solutions that drive measurable results

• Profound knowledge of interaction design, behavioral psychology, and visual hierarchy principles

• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with component-based design systems

• Comfortable with A/B testing and experimentation processes

• Experience collaborating with engineers and understanding technical constraints

• Interest in AI-supported design tools for accelerated iteration

• Structured and pragmatic approach to solving design challenges

• Nice to have:

• Experience in developing interactive quiz flows or multi-step onboarding funnels

• Familiarity with SEO-focused web UX and content structure design
