📋 Description

• The Senior Web Designer is a seasoned professional responsible for designing in Figma and developing in Webflow.

• This role oversees the entire web design process from inception to launch, ensuring adherence to design quality, accessibility, performance, and brand standards.

• Tasks involve creating component-based designs, establishing clear content hierarchy, structuring semantic HTML, and implementing thoughtful interactions.

• Develop clean, responsive designs for both desktop and mobile platforms using Figma.

• Construct modular design systems and component libraries utilizing Auto Layout and variables.

• Design user flows, annotate wireframes, and deliver precise UI designs with a clear hierarchical structure.

• Guarantee accessibility, scalability, and visual consistency across various touchpoints.

• Build fully responsive websites in Webflow, including CMS architecture and interactive features.

• Establish and manage CMS structures for blogs, resources, case studies, teams, and other content.

• Implement thoughtful interactions (hover, scroll, Lottie) to enhance UX without compromising performance.

• Maintain semantic structure and ensure accessibility basics such as headings, alt text, link labels, and metadata.

• Collaborate with product marketing, brand, SEO, analytics, and engineering teams as required.

• Present work clearly and convincingly to cross-functional teams.

• Provide well-organized, developer-friendly Figma files and live Webflow pages with minimal revisions.

• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for initial copy drafts, content variations, QA checklists, prompt-based component documentation, and lightweight code recommendations.

• Exercise judgment to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and privacy.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in web or UX/UI design roles with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, variables, auto layout, and prototyping.

• Demonstrated experience with Webflow, encompassing CMS, variables, and advanced interactions.

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to incorporate light JavaScript when necessary.

• Fluent in accessibility and SEO principles with a focus on performance optimization.

• Familiarity with FigJam, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and automation tools like Zapier.

• Preferred: familiarity with MAST, Client-First, Relume frameworks for Webflow architecture.
