📋 Description

• Take charge of Webflow design and development

• Design modular systems for optimal functionality

• Enhance design standards for UX, accessibility, performance, and editorial voice

• Develop workflows encompassing prototypes, motion language, and micro interactions

• Implement AI and analytics into project delivery

• Assist in CMS migrations to Webflow Enterprise

• Provide guidance and inspiration to designers through feedback, coaching, and resources

• Collaborate with various teams including account, content, engineering, analytics, and strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in B2B UX/UI/web design

• Minimum 4 years of commercial Webflow work

• Proficiency in Figma and Webflow

• Strong knowledge of component libraries and design system documentation

• Portfolio showcasing systems thinking, elegant motion, and high-level craftsmanship

• Demonstrated experience in successful migrations, focusing on performance and SEO optimization

• Confidence in analytics, CRO-driven experimentation, and quality assurance practices

• Skilled in Mast, Finsweet Client-First, GSAP, Javascript, and semantic HTML/CSS

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic, collaborative setting
