• Several years of experience in UX design, ideally in the webshop, e-commerce environment, B2C focused
• Strength in structuring complex user flows and identifying friction points
• Ability to derive clear concepts and decisions from vague requirements
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects
• Competence in using UX methods (testing, interviews, funnels, data analysis)
• Clarity in communication, prioritization, and expectation management
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and building UX with us
• Fluent in German and English
