• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of websites, focusing on contemporary aesthetics, user-friendly experience, and professional presentation.
• Utilize and optimize content management systems, primarily WordPress, to build, maintain, and enhance web assets.
• Enhance existing website content strategically, rewrite professionally, and create new content to improve clarity, engagement, and SEO.
• Implement and manage integrations between websites and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure seamless data flow and lead management.
• Optimize web properties for speed, responsiveness, and search engine visibility.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and internal teams to align web development with business goals.
• Provide ongoing website maintenance, security updates, and technical support.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in web design and development.
• Proficient in WordPress, including custom theme development, plugin integration, and site optimization.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful web design projects and a solid grasp of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and experience in website integration and lead capture optimization.
• Strong understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive web design.
• Experience with SEO best practices and on-page optimizations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
