• Responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing identities on our website, marketing materials, and digital platforms
• Produce captivating graphics for various marketing channels including web pages, social media, and email campaigns
• Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to uphold brand consistency in all consumer and client-facing content
• Design website layouts that are not only visually striking and on-brand but also optimized for conversions
• Develop marketing assets like presentation decks, infographics, and guides with a keen eye for detail
• Deliver high-quality creative work efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in web and visual design as well as digital marketing
• Contribute to product design by creating icons, illustrations, and UI elements if applicable
• Maintain and enhance our design system and brand guidelines
• Minimum of 5 years experience in website design, graphic design, or similar visual design roles
• Impressive portfolio showcasing expertise in web design, branding, and digital marketing materials
• Knowledge of product design or UI/UX is advantageous
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and web design platforms
• Understanding of responsive web design principles and designing for various devices and screen sizes
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to achieving pixel-perfect results
• Excellent communication skills and ability to justify design decisions
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment is beneficial
• Product design experience is a bonus
