📋 Description

• TMAC Communications is currently in search of mid-level web designers to create new websites for three economic development organizations in the State of New York.

• These organizations have the authority to showcase the strengths and competitive advantages of a county in New York, as well as the resources offered by them.

• The decision whether to develop three separate websites or one website with two child sites is yet to be finalized.

• The organizations will rely on our client for advice on the best approach, with a focus on creating interactive and engaging user interfaces (UI)/user experiences (UX).

• Collaborating with clients to generate innovative ideas.

• Testing and enhancing website designs.

• Establishing design standards, guidelines, and best practices.

• Ensuring websites maintain a consistent appearance by upholding content standards.

• Creating visual content for websites that align with the organization's brand identity.

• Utilizing WordPress content management systems.

• Communicating design concepts through user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

• Implementing features and functionalities into websites.

• Designing prototype pages with appropriate colors and fonts.

• Developing design plans and presenting website structures.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design software.

• Proficiency in front-end web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.

• Sound knowledge of WordPress content management systems and theme templates.

• Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles.

• Strong grasp of cross-browser compatibility challenges.
