• Collaborate with UX team, Engineers, and Product Managers to conceptualize, develop, and refine design solutions utilizing tools like Sketch or Adobe CS.
• Develop functional specifications with Engineering to transform ideas into tangible products.
• Validate and test new concepts with the User Research team to create exceptional user experiences.
• Create prototypes showcasing design solutions using tools such as InVision, Flinto, Principle, or Framer.
• Utilize visual design principles to create visually appealing products that enhance user experience and foster customer trust.
• Design user experience flows and track usage through MuleSoft composer and MuleSoft Automation credit for seamless user interaction.
• Design a connection management experience to help users manage connectors for building Salesforce flow in collaboration with developers.
• Option for telecommuting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design or related quantitative field; 6 months of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, and creating interactive prototypes, wireframes, storyboards.
• Experience in usability testing, defining and conducting user research, and designing reusable components.
