• Take charge of the complete design process for mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications.
• Perform user research and usability testing to identify user needs and validate design choices.
• Simplify complex workflows into user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools like Figma and Sketch.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in an agile setting to iterate swiftly and meet roadmap commitments.
• Contribute to and help enhance the design system and UI standards.
• Present design concepts and reasoning to stakeholders and integrate feedback constructively in weekly Design Reviews.
• Advocate for the user while considering business and technical constraints.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience designing digital products, with a robust portfolio of launched B2B applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing for mobile (iOS and Android) and responsive web platforms.
• Hands-on experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design enhancements.
• Extensive experience working in agile teams alongside product managers and engineers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions and rationale.
• Open-minded, flexible, and receptive to feedback from cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with a strong bias for action and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
• Candidates will be required to complete a small UX project and present it during the recruitment process.
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience in designing enterprise, multilingual SaaS products.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) for better collaboration with engineers.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows and creativity.
• Interest in exploring and applying AI technologies to enhance user research, prototyping, and interface design.
