UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Managing the design and development of user interfaces

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements

• Conducting user research, usability tests, and accessibility assessments

• Developing responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)

• Optimizing UI performance and ensuring scalability across multiple devices and platforms

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in front-end development and UX/UI

• Mentoring junior UX designers and developers

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

• Knowledge of React, Vue.js, or Angular

• Experience with motion design and animations (GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie)

• Familiarity with Headless CMS, design systems, or component libraries

• Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)

• Experience with A/B testing and user behavior analytics

• Ability to use UX/UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability principles

• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and data-driven design decisions

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
