UI/UX Designer - Contract/Part-Time

📋 Description

• WiserAdvisor seeks a part-time contract UI/UX Designer to enhance user experience on our platforms

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create engaging experiences that foster trust and drive conversions

• Transform user requirements and business objectives into sleek, contemporary UI designs

• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for our web interface

• Enhance existing features and introduce new ones based on user feedback and product goals

• Maintain design consistency across all components, screens, and platforms

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather valuable insights

• Analyze data and feedback to guide UX decisions and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize enhancements that have a meaningful user impact

• Coordinate with developers to ensure precise implementation of designs

• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and style guide

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with B2B or SaaS products

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX and modern UI design

• Proficiency in Figma

• Experience in user research and translating insights into design enhancements

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively

• Excellent communication skills and adept at presenting work to stakeholders

• Familiarity with the financial services or advisor/RIA sector

• Experience in designing for lead generation or review-based platforms

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous, though not mandatory
