UX Designer

📋 Description

• Join our team as a UX Designer to support a web application portfolio within an agile scrum environment.

• Collaborate with a diverse group including designers, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, testers, Product Owner, and IT Project Managers.

• Develop and refine designs according to business requirements for developers to implement user stories.

• Engage in all agile ceremonies during two-week sprints.

• Collaborate with fellow designers to create mockups and designs for new features in the web application portfolio.

• Attend various meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Participate in technical and requirements refinement sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2-5 years’ experience in leading transformative digital experiences.

• Have 2-5 years’ experience using Adobe XD/Mural/Invision/Figma for userflows, prototypes, wireframing, and mockups.

• Demonstrate 2-5 years’ experience in user research, testing designs, data synthesis, and evaluation methods.

• Understand how business requirements impact UI design in digital experiences.

• Experience working in agile scrum teams and with the Atlassian suite.

• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
