• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-oriented setting
• Proficiency in Figma, including component design, prototyping, and collaboration tools
• Sound knowledge of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices
• Experience collaborating with Agile development teams
• Demonstrated ability to balance UX quality with time-to-market demands in a fast-paced SaaS environment
