• Lead the UX design efforts at Irth, crafting digital products that streamline complex tasks and delight users.
• Irth is seeking a User Experience Designer to contribute to the evolution of our web and mobile applications. Our platforms are designed to enhance resilience and mitigate risks in delivering utility, energy, telecommunication, and media services.
• Join a focused Experience Team of three where your design expertise is not just valued but essential. We need someone who can take charge of the entire UX process, from start to finish. Working remotely, you will receive guidance from our Creative Director while having the freedom to shape UX strategies and implementations with minimal supervision.
• This role combines strategic planning with hands-on design work. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and customers to translate insights and business objectives into user-friendly and impactful experiences.
• Conduct user research, including interviews.
• Develop user personas and flow diagrams.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI mockups.
• Present UX concepts and designs to stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to guide design iterations.
• Work with product teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Document final designs for development, QA, and internal teams.
