User Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Design wireframes and prototypes using Figma to meet user objectives and product requirements

• Utilize the Telerik UI component library and design system for Blazor to enhance the existing design system

• Follow UX/UI leads' guidance to maintain consistency throughout the Evolent platform

• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and implement improvements

• Present design concepts and prototypes to developers effectively

• Collaborate with software engineers to develop user-friendly software solutions

• Apply knowledge of product specifications and user behavior to enhance design solutions

• Develop user personas through research and data analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of four years' experience designing software for health plan and health care provider users

• Minimum of two years' experience using Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Proficient in UX design principles and best practices

• Ability to advocate for user experience design value in the software development process

• Capable of working independently and in a small team environment

• Skilled in user research and usability testing

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Familiarity with health care software development methodologies

• Experience with utilization management and/or prior authorization processes preferred

• Familiarity with Telerik for Blazor UI component library and design system preferred

• Knowledge of health care regulations and compliance standards preferred
