• Must have at least 5 years of design experience, ideally in a B2B setting, including agency, tech, or freelance roles. Experience in a startup agency is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design: Ability to create captivating visual content using design principles, typography, and color theory. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools for high-quality graphics production.
• UI Expertise: Skilled in crafting adaptable UI designs for desktop and mobile platforms using Figma.
• Web Design Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in web design, understanding user interfaces, experience principles, and creating visually appealing websites.
• Strong organizational skills for team-wide systemic design, encompassing components, typography, colors, grids, and margins.
• Ability to take ownership, solve problems independently, and ensure project success.
• Effective communication skills for team and client interactions, presenting research and design concepts.
• Portfolio showcasing strong UX/UI projects with detailed case studies.
