• We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our Client's remote product design team.
• The role involves researching, designing, innovating, and prototyping user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to lead projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality in all designs.
• Conduct UX research, create storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to convey design ideas.
• Work closely with various team members to define design deliverables.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide creative solutions for the product.
• Facilitate workshops to gather insights and feedback.
• Effectively communicate design decisions and directions to stakeholders.
• Advocate for user needs within the organization.
• Implement a user-centered design approach in all projects.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in design-related field (e.g., Design, Web Design, UI/UX Design)
• Minimum of 3 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (coding skills not required)
• Demonstrated ability to handle both complex and simple design projects
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex business topics
• Visual and analytical skills with understanding of design principles
• Familiarity with CMS, DXP, and web application software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative problem-solving approach
• Comfortable working in an international setting
• Proactive, self-disciplined, highly motivated, and well-organized
