• Maintain internal SOPs and assist in client training materials development.
• Minimum 3 years of UX design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design for responsive websites and digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma with at least 1 year of designing experience in the platform.
• Knowledge of WordPress, including content entry, Gutenberg blocks, and site structure.
• Experience in designing digital ads, email templates, or social media assets.
• Familiarity with Hubspot and understanding of SEO principles in relation to UX.
• Experience with component-based design systems and conducting standard UX research.
• Proficiency in analytical tools like GA4, Hotjar, etc., and basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into digital experiences with attention to detail.
