• As a UI/UX Designer, you will guide the entire design process – from research to the final interface – always aiming to enhance user experience.
• Being part of our Product Team, you actively shape the future of public procurement in Germany and Europe.
• Design user-centric interfaces for our web-based solution.
• Incorporate user perspective early into the development process.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain a design system ensuring a consistent user experience.
• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Review existing processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices to develop innovative solutions.
• Must-Have
• 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Skillful in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems for a consistent user experience.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Experience in user research and deriving decisions from it.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts and ideas.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other frontend technologies.
• Fluent in the German language at a negotiable level.
• Nice-to-Have
• Experience with methods like User-Centered Design and Design Thinking.
• Ideally, experience from a SaaS or product company.
• Good to excellent English language skills.
