• The Email & UX Designer will play a crucial role in crafting innovative and user-centric email experiences to elevate customer engagement and boost conversion rates by applying UX principles.
• Responsibilities include creating engaging and adaptable email templates that prioritize user experience, accessibility, and brand coherence. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure email designs align with user journeys and marketing objectives.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to guide email design decisions and enhance engagement. Analyze email performance metrics to optimize designs and enhance user interactions. Stay updated on UX design trends and best practices to continually improve email effectiveness.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in email design, UX design, or a relevant field. Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch. Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience with HTML and CSS for email development. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret user data effectively. Excellent communication skills and adept at presenting design concepts.
