⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in UX strategy and UX/UI design

• Strong understanding of product development and user needs

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Proficiency with AI prototyping tools (v0, Cursor, Lovable)

• Expertise in wireframe and design tools (Sketch, Figma)

• Outstanding visual design skills

• Familiarity with agile development processes

• Bonus for experience in healthtech or revenue cycle
