• Embrace a Lean/Agile mindset, remaining adaptable and open to experimenting with the design process
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in UX/UI design
• Possess 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a combined UI/UX role
• Have 2+ years of experience in at least one of the 3 design pillars: user research, interaction design, or visual design
• Demonstrate 1+ years of effective work with Agile and lean philosophies
• Showcase 1+ years of working independently with clients or stakeholders and designing business or enterprise applications
• Exhibit 1+ years of experience leading product design decisions from research through implementation using user-centered design methodologies
• Utilize design and prototyping software tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, and InVision for at least 1 year
• Have 1+ year of experience with modern front-end technologies and open source frameworks like Material Design, HTML/CSS, grid systems, and responsive design
